Great minds discuss ideas; average minds discuss events; small minds discuss people” – Eleanor Roosevelt
With the above in mind our business was founded over a cup of “Chai” by 4 Directors who bring over 100 years of Project Management support across Multi Disciplines from Engineering Excellence to Strategic Cost and Planning Consultancy, “great minds discuss ideas”!
The Directors are all known by the famous icons due to similarities (Fat, bold, skinny and just weird) and yes they do have high expectations to reach!
Mahatma Gandhi was a great man who literally made people to understand the concept of freedom. That’s a far more difficult thing to do then become an EPC Company or Operate an Oil Field, that is our shared opinion.
Mahatma Gandhi, the Father of the Indian Nation. While leading the nation in the struggle for independence, He is looked upon as a master strategists and an exemplary leader whose ideas and strategies have great meaning for the corporate world, particularly in India.
Mahatma Gandhi was an ideal management guru. Truth and Non Violence were the two key components of his creed. (Devrajan, 2010) The Mahatma inspired the common man, an average Indian to follow his principles and led the masses to win the fight for independent India. Innovation and creativity, founded on moral authority flowing from his “inner voice” (his term for ‘conscience’), constituted the bedrock of whatever campaign he embarked upon.
No wonder, Albert Einstein exclaimed: “Generations to come will scarce believe that such a one as this ever in flesh and blood walked upon the earth.”
Gandhi’s concept of Non-violence and his high moral standards are what today’s leaders must emulate in order for organisations to have the advantage in the global market again our opinion.
Gandhi’s concept of a self- ruled society can be compared to a project-orientated organisation, where individual teams are self-governed and highly efficient.
Our youngest partner has very similar traits as described above, he is a spiritual leader of the organization bringing innovation and creativity beyond his years is commendable but holding a Masters Degree in Project Management then going one step further to align to the current trend of being a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) is understandable why this young man will lead Total Vision in innovation, strategy and importantly with moral standards.
Albert Einstein is often cited as one of the most influential scientists of the 20th century. His work continues to help astronomers study everything from gravitational waves to Mercury’s orbit.
Albert Einstein was a German mathematician and physicist who developed the special and general theories of relativity. In 1921, he won the Nobel Prize for physics for his explanation of the photoelectric effect. In the following decade, he immigrated to the U.S. after being targeted by the German Nazi Party. His work also had a major impact on the development of atomic energy. In his later years, Einstein focused on unified field theory. With his passion for inquiry, Einstein is generally considered the most influential physicist of the 20th century.
Einstein’s brain had a higher number of glial cells (those that support and insulate the nervous system) per neurons (nerve cells) than other brains they examined. They concluded that it might indicate the neurons had a higher metabolic need — in other words, Einstein’s brain cells needed and used more energy, which could have been why he had such advanced thinking abilities and conceptual skills.

Our oldest partner has very similar traits as described above, he is Process Engineer by trade which tells you that his mind is complex to one that does not understand life from a technical eagle eye. Our Partner has the ability to battle complex technical issues in a form that makes you wonder how one can see a solution when faced with little or no data but as Albert Einstein said “We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them” we can start to understand that Total Vision are in the hands of a Technical mastermind.
He is the Technical ”Brains” of the organization who will inspire the organization to reach great heights in a Curious, Inventive & Pragmatic approach.
Sir Ratanji Tata, the younger son of Jamsetji Tata, was a connoisseur of art and a notable philanthropist. His legacy of support to the poor and oppressed lives on in the activities of the Sir Ratan Tata Trust.
Ratan Tata was the second son of Jamsetji Tata, the founder of the House of Tata. Born on January 20, 1871, he was 12 years younger then his brother, Sir Dorab Tata. Ratanji, as he was generally known, was educated at St Xavier’s College in Bombay.
Sir Ratan joined the firm of Tata & Sons as a partner in 1896. After the death of his father in 1904, he looked after the affairs of the L’ Union Fire Insurance Co of Paris, of which Tata & Sons were the agents in India. He was also in charge of the trading firm Tata & Co, which had branches in Kobe, Shanghai, Paris, New York and Rangoon, and traded in cotton, yarn, silk, pearls and rice.
Though born and brought up in luxury, Sir Ratan was concerned about the widespread poverty and destitution in India and sought ways to ameliorate them. It was to find lasting solutions to these problems that he made an offer of contributing £1,400 annually to the University of London for instituting a chair at the London School of Economics (LSE). The Sir Ratan Tata Foundation at LSE is now a permanent institution. In 1912, Sir Ratan also extended financial help for setting up the department of social sciences at LSE. The new department was known as the Ratan Tata Department of Social Sciences until 1919, when the school assumed responsibility for it.
Sir Ratan was fascinated by India’s past. He funded the first archaeological excavation at Pataliputra, under the supervision of AB Spooner, between 1913 and 1917, which resulted in the discovery of the 100-column Mauryan throne room in the legendary King Ashoka’s palace. He was also a great connoisseur of art. During his tours within India and abroad Sir Ratan collected a treasure trove of paintings, armaments, silverware, manuscripts, carpets and more, which he bequeathed to the Prince of Wales Museum, Bombay.
Sie Ratan gave a donation of Rs10,000 per annum for a period of ten years to the King George V Anti-Tuberculosis League, started by the Bombay Municipality and Rs1 lakh to the Salvation Army for a memorial to General Booth, its founder in India.
Our partner with the wisdom and heart of gold has very similar traits as described above, he is from a farmers family who became an educated engineer bringing with him the human approach. He in the past 20 years has bought with him the desire to succeed and empower the less fortunate.
Our Partner has the ability to liaise with all cultures and employees of all positions which makes him a visionary of the company.
He is the “Human Soul”” of the organization who will inspire the organization to reach great heights in a Noble, honourable and ethical approach.
William Shakespeare was an English poet, playwright, and actor. He was born on 26 April 1564 in Stratford-upon-Avon. His father was a successful local businessman and his mother was the daughter of a landowner. Shakespeare is widely regarded as the greatest writer in the English language and the world’s pre-eminent dramatist. He is often called England’s national poet and nicknamed the Bard of Avon. He wrote about 38 plays, 154 sonnets, two long narrative poems, and a few other verses, of which the authorship of some is uncertain. His plays have been translated into every major living language and are performed more often than those of any other playwright.
partner is a quiet gentlemen to the naked eye but when he speaks its “poetry in motion”. We would cheat you if we could not relate a poem from Mr Shakespeare that resembles our Partner:
All that glitters is not gold
Fair is foul, and foul is fair: Hover through the fog and filthy air.
Life … is a tale Told by an idiot, full of sound and fury, Signifying nothing.
These violent delights have violent ends…
By the pricking of my thumbs, Something wicked this way comes. Open, locks, Whoever knocks!
The lady doth protest too much, methinks.
Brevity is the soul of wit.
Now is the winter of our discontent.
Good night, good night! parting is such sweet sorrow, That I shall say good night till it be morrow.
If music be the food of love, play on.
You’ve built momentum for your latest project, you’re excited to embrace new challenges and you’ve visualized success at the end of the road. But all of a sudden an unexpected problem stops you dead in your tracks — and this one seems impossible to solve. Yes, major hurdles are disheartening, and they’re often unavoidable. But the way you engage with and think about problems directly influences your ability to solve them.
With our dynamic and forward thinking partner we are afraid of very little mainly the wives…
Albert Einstein once said, “The leader is one who, out of the clutter, brings simplicity … out of discord, harmony … and out of difficulty, opportunity.”
This is Our controversial backbone of the organization, it is for all to see that the experiences that he has been exposed to in the past 25 years both professional and socially since he became a professional will inspire the organization to reach great heights in an enterprising, collaborative & relentless approach
